Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least: 48 hours notice for color/extensions 24 hours notice for smaller services/lash fills This allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client. Appointments canceled outside the required notice window will result in loss of retainer. Future bookings may require a larger retainer. No-shows forfeit their retainer and may require full prepayment to book future appointments. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to: modify their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment time.
